The AIRSAN Website is committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to the AIRSAN Website and governs data collection and usage. By using the AIRSAN Website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your personal Information when registering to the member´s area
If you register to the password protected member´s area of the AIRSAN website, you are asked to provide personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, work address or telephone number. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by AIRSAN. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the AIRSAN Website. AIRSAN is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the AIRSAN Website.
Use of your Personal Information
Your personal information is used to operate the AIRSAN Communication Platform, the AIRSAN Registry of AIRSAN members and to deliver the services you have requested. AIRSAN does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. The AIRSAN Website keeps track of the pages our user visits within the AIRSAN Website, in order to determine what services are the most popular. AIRSAN will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the AIRSAN Website; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the AIRSAN Website and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the AIRSAN Website, or the public.

TERMS OF USE for the AIRSAN Communication Platform
AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND AIRSAN
The AIRSAN Communication Platform is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the AIRSAN Communication Platform constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the AIRSAN Communication Platform, you warrant to AIRSAN that you will not use the AIRSAN Communication Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the AIRSAN Communication Platform in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the AIRSAN Communication Platform or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the AIRSAN Communication Platform. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any AIRSAN server-s or to any of the AIRSAN Services, through hacking, phishing, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided by the AIRSAN Communication Platform.
USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES
The AIRSAN Communication Platform may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, communities, personal web pages, photos, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with all registered AIRSAN members at large or with individual members (collectively, "Communication Services"). You agree to use the AIRSAN Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others (EU legislation for Personal Data protection & Privacy Protection).
- Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
- Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
- Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
- Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages.
- Conduct or forward contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
- Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
- Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
- Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
- Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the Services in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.
- Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
- Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of the Services or other user or usage information or any portion thereof.
AIRSAN has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, AIRSAN reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Platform and to remove any materials in its sole discretion.
AIRSAN reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
AIRSAN reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in AIRSAN 's sole discretion. AIRSAN does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, AIRSAN specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Materials uploaded to the AIRSAN Communication Platform may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.
MATERIALS PROVIDED OR POSTED TO the AIRSAN Communication Platform
AIRSAN does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to the AIRSAN Communication Platform (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to the AIRSAN Communication Platform or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

AIRSAN may make improvements and/or changes in the AIRSAN Communication Platform at any time.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
AIRSAN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to AIRSAN Communication Platform and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are not allowed to create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify AIRSAN immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. AIRSAN will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by AIRSAN or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
