Work package 1: Coordination of the AIRSAN Project

Responsible partner: Robert Koch Institute, Germany

Work package 1 consisted of actions undertaken to manage the AIRSAN Project and to make sure that it implemented as planned.

The objectives of work package 1 were:

To plan project activities,
To provide technical and financial guidance to the partners,
To monitor progress and implementation of activities,
To coordinate cooperation between partners,
To promote CAPSCA (Collaborative Arrangement for the Prevention and Management of Public Health Events in Civil Aviation) and
To support the relationship among partners, the European Commission and other external stakeholders.
